For your first question, i will say if you you use the word in title, you need to adjust that in description, in description you can use additional alternative keywords have same meaning, so variation is also must. Your descriptions should be short but descriptive

For your 2nd question, you can use any reciprocal link checker tool to check websites, if they still link to you, when you will search in google with keyword “reciprocal link checker, you will see tools and they easy to use, as compared to checking each link one by one. My personal thinking is that PR does not matter and only theme of a page and if that is cached in google or not needs to be checked. I will say that you can also do link building yourself by adopting social media concept which will drive you traffic as well as natural linking!

For your third question, i will say there is no issue with shared concept as per matt cutts, matt cutts blog also mentioned about it! But as many people trust in shared server concept while linking between network web sites, i will say that google has got something which has to do with network of websites hosted on same server with same concept!

Thanks for your response. You seem to have given me conflicting answers for my third question, though.

    Can you clarify a bit?

Matt says that there is no issue having web sites on shared IP. But as i have seen that google has something negative factor for web sites which are hosted on same server, with same type of concept, and if they link to each other, it can also go bad!

To give you more idea, if we run 3 websites on SEO business, we like to host these on different servers!
