    Hi Kamiel,

I just finished going through Atlantic Lounge Casino gathering information to put my review together and realised that there were a couple of items that weren’t covered:

    1. No mention anywhere of where the Casino is licensed.

    2. In your revised Wagering Requirements posted on site, you had a paragraph on comp points:

    QUOTE
    Comp Points Rules:
The minimum Comp Points that can be redeemed is 1 comp point.
Comp Points will be credited into the player’s account only if their current balance is zero and they do not have pending withdrawal(s).
Comp points carry a 10 (ten) times wagering requirement in Slots, Real Series Video Slots or Keno before requesting a cashout.
Regular Players may withdraw a maximum of 10 (ten) times the comp points amount redeemed.
VIP players may withdrawal a maximum of 20 (twenty) times the comp points amount redeemed.
Regular Players may redeem up to 15,000 comp points per day.
VIP Players may redeem up to 50,000 comp points per day.
Please be aware that Baccarat, Roulette, Craps and Pontoon21 do not accumulate comp points.
    UNQUOTE

I can’t find anything on site that covers the Comp Program. Need to know, please, how many US$ to the point, how to accumulate points, and whatever else the program offers.

Also, what does it mean when you make the offer for Regular/VIP players to withdraw 10 times/20 times comp points amount redeemed. Is that maximum winnings from Comp Points before/after wagering requirements for Comp Points are met?

Maybe that should be posted on site, also :wink-wink

    Thanks,

    ntaus

    Hi Ntaus,

Sorry about that. Here is the info you need:

    1. License – Casino is licenced in Costa Rica.
    2. How many US$ to a point? 100 comp points is equal to $1, so 1 point is $0.01.
    3. How to accumulate points? Comp points are generated by wagering on games at Atlantic Lounge. Every $10 wager generates 1 comp point. Some games are currently excluded (baccarat, craps, pontoon, roulette).
    4. Whatever else the program offers – The casino is in the process of implementing an exciting loyalty program that will offer more than just comp points.
    5. Withdrawal limits – that is the maximum withdrawal after wagering requirements are met.

As mentioned above, the casino is working on a loyalty program, and as such they will provide more info on this and the comp points program on the website when they have that finalized.

Hope this answers all your questions. Let me know if you need anything else.

    Regards,
    Kamiel Mahomed
