vladcizsolMemberI cant suggest this publically since 888 is still certified…. BUT…. wouldnt it be effective if everyone added one of the following links to their pages site wide:
Anchor Text: Link:
Rogue Casino http://www.888.com
Blacklisted Casino http://www.888.com
Content Theft http://www.888.com
Copyright Violation http://www.888.com
Search Engine Spam http://www.888.com
Blog Spam http://www.888.com
Blog Spammer http://www.888.comImagine a world where there were 100,000 + Pages with the above anchors pointing to 888…. Live by the SEO sword, Die by SEO Sword
Hey I bet an enterprising person could even purchase a few link packages on 100,000 plus pages at linkadage and use one or more of the above links! Hmmmm

I love it – Google Bombing at it’s best. That is a superb idea.
I am going to wait now until your resultant conference call on Monday Lou, before I rogue them.
Bryan is very interested in this issue, so we need to keep the thread going on CasinoMeister. Please though, as it is a player forum, can we stop the comments about Igami etc. CAP IMO is the place where all affiliates concerned about 888 should be members of. I don’t want what is a very serious thread to become a hawking ground for various affiliate forums.
We need the players on side on this issue, if we have any chance of 888 moving the right way on this issue.
I have also touched base with other various influential people in the industry such as Brian Cullingworth. His advice on Meister in the 888 thread needs to be acted on IMO. So we need the majority of CAP Members to be singing from the same hymn sheet on this issue.

vladcizsolMemberQuote:can we stop the comments about IgamiNo, we cant. It’s no secret how I feel about iScami. If they are involved in the conversation at Casinomeister then I will steer clear of the thread rather then become a distraction.
If you feel the massive weight of iScami and there three or four active members is preferable to CAP lending a hand then we will honor your wishes.

vladcizsolMemberI just visited the Casinomeister thread and see that Fergie has decided to make this serious issue an infomercial for iScami. What a damned shame but its typical of how they operate.
And WE didnt start making comments about iScami. They DID. Fergie comes out of left field and starts running commercial messages! No one from CAP said a word until that started. We dont feel the need to boost membership here by being message board vultures which swoop in whenever possible in important (and highly visible) threads.

I think you misunderstood me Lou. I am in no way a supporter of Igami. I’m annoyed that they are trying to derail the thread.
The Bryan I was referring to was Bryan Bailey, not Brian from iGami!

I wasn’t aware that none of their members did not have access here and assumed some igami supporters would have read my post in here. I was by no means trying to offend the members of CAP.
FWIW as I have stated on CM, I support CAP.

vladcizsolMemberOk thanks! Sorry to get fired up, but they are a sore subject for me.
No, Brian and Fergie no longer have private access here.
Bryan Bailey is a good guy and we have a good working relationship with CM over the years. I have no issue posting at Casinomeister, but out of respect to Bryan I avoid getting into any scraps on his board. If it looks like thats even a remote possibility I avoid the thread.

InactiveLou,
Just for the record, this is what I posted on the bottom of the 4th page of the 888 thread on CM.
Agreed. The affiliate community at CAP is actively pursuing this issue with 888. I am happy with that. This is not a time, or the thread to hawk other fledgling affiliate bodies IMO.

vladcizsolMemberGood one
And very true. When we are working on a serious issue its not the time for the Snake Oil Sales truck to pull up and start pitching their wares. :hehe:

InactiveI must confess not knowing the conflict of interest between igami and CAP, I was privatley emailed from Brian several times. This began around two months ago when I started being a little active with scraping. I sitll retain those emails professor if you are interested I can PM you.
They basically approach me and gave praise for the work I was doing. I am sorry, my loyalities are firm with CAP. I am quite uninformed as to what the conflict is all about. They asked for my help and they gave me some of theirs. I did make a few posts at igami only in regards to 888.com. Some CAP members are already aware of this. This was done only in the presuit of 888.com . If I offended you I am deeply sorry. greek39

InactiveMy thoughts —
When we are dealing with critical issues such as this, it is very important to stay focused and stand together. Otherwise, the momentum dies and nothing is accomplished. I agree that it was inappropriate to promote iGAMI in the middle of such an important thread. Obviously doing something like that is going to upset people and derail the thread.
I have known Janet for about two years now, and yes, she does have a mind of her own. Don’t we all? :hehe: All of us are independent, determined, strong-minded individuals — that is what makes us successful in this industry. Not everyone can “work for themselves,” especially not in such a competitive industry.
Sometimes our strong-mindedness is going to cause problems, for example when two very determined individuals disagree…. That is going to happen once in a while, like it or not. How we manage to work through these disagreements is the tricky part. I have seen things end badly, and I have seen things end nicely as well. Of course I prefer the latter. :p
Anyway, I think the best thing we can do at this point is to move past this and remain focused on getting results from 888. Sometimes people do things they shouldn’t, but at the end of the day, we all want to see a stronger, healthier industry.
It’s Friday, it’s the weekend, and I intend to enjoy it! The weather here is perfect, and with any luck, on Saturday I will get my first sunburn of the year.
