Not a good sign. I copy and pasted it directly from the site after signing into my account.
Sugar, I just tried the # and got a busy signal.

It does sound like a very slow busy signal but, it IS a ring. Just let it do it’s beebs and you will either get a “person” or a recording as I did today asking me to hold as all operators are busy helping other customers.
I never did get anyone as the recording came on a few times then, I got another recording stating to call back later.
Hope that clears it up a bit for you.

Why when im calling im told the number is no longer in service?

You must be dialing the number incorrectly. I just attempted to call again, got the beep, beep ring then, the recording asking me to hold. Then, I got the recording telling me to call back later.
Suppose it really doesn’t matter as the call is going through for me but, I have not gotten a “person” now for about a week now. No answers to emails either. :dajudge:
to be honest i tried like 10 times , and the number was disconnected , now i jus tried again and dialed slowly , and i got the recordings.
I need to find out from them how to raise my stars , im stuck on 1 , anyone have any tips
