The email always goes out first. Then later I post on the forums. So, yes all affiliates who have a valid email address in their profile should all get the newsletter.
Unfortunately, a lot of emails never make it to their destination – something catches them for spam because ‘casino’ is in the email, etc.
Drives me up the wall, because affilites email … I reply … (never gets to them) then I get an email 2 days later, “WHERE THE HECK IS THE SUPPORT?!” … then I reply again … (never gets to them) and the cycle continues.
