5000$ earned and now 500$ paid

The Last Monath I’ve earned 5000$, and I was really happy, because the website starts so good. At other sportbooks or casinos I made very much money, too – and I got paid!

But know I’m scared: I had more than one player, but know the “Month Report” shows only one player and only 500$. In addition the comission for october shows 0$ instead of 150$.

Where is my money? What happened? I don’t think that I made a misstake.

I contacted the support, but I’m still waiting for an answer.
Renée or Yaniv can you say me what’s going on?
