400 Affiliates – Anyone doing well?

I am giving them a month or two to get up to speed before I add them in to my sites. They seem like a good fit in the long run, but they are so new there is bound to be a few growing pains at the start.

I did fly one banner instantly for a week and had above average results for such limited exposure.

I will give them more permanent placement soon. They do have growing pains, but seem to be ironing them all out as they go and I’d say they are highly motivated and seem competent.
