Have you heard anything with simonsays group, looks like they are in the same boat as 400 affiliates, with being late.

I heard that the payments guy is on vacation. I guess one man’s vacation means that the rest of us get hosed.
Hmm, do I pay my bills or do I buy groceries today… Oh wait, I can’t do either because the Pantasia payments guy is laying on a beach somewhere. sneaky2.gi
Off topic: Would someone at Pantasia or Rival please FIX the error on MayanFortune.com? I’ve been trying to get someone to fix this for weeks now. On the bottom of the page, there is a link to “cashier.html.” This page does not exist. The actual page is just “cashier” with no html at the end. Such a simple fix… It should not take weeks to get this done.

Since all other casino affiliate programs using Rival Processing have already paid… What’s the holdup?
I really need that payment so that I can go ahead with moving it to my bank account. I don’t want to have to pay extra $$$ just because 400 Group can’t pay on time.
This is VERY strange that John is no longer responding (very responsive AM) AND that we have not been paid AND that the money is 8 days late already according to 400 Group Terms.
Time to start pulling links, I guess. 🙁

I agree. I hate to do that, but I would rather send this traffic to a place I know will pay on time. This is not the kind of thing that programs should be letting slip through the cracks.
Being on vacation is not a good excuse for not paying your affiliates on time, IMO.

I just noticed transaction history now says complete so maybe they caught up.
I will ask what the holdup is and any time frame on this.
I have been away for the weekend and will be taking care of emails and pms which have added up quickly. I apologise for these delays but I hope everyone can be patient.

also wanted to point out that payments are handled by the pantasia.com processor and are alternated every month in terms of time since they are processed manually. So most have been paid by Pantasia’s group of casinos and the last set of payments are for 400affiliates.

I don’t quite understand this? This is the first time that I have seen T4G payments substantially later than any other casino using Rival processors. So, how is this Rival’s fault and what exactly do you mean by alternated when we have not seen this since the beginning of the program?

Thank goodness for that! I just put a ton of stuff up for this group over the past month and my players really enjoy Rival so I’m happy to see things are working out. Thanks John.
