However, why do u say that the jackpot won was 4.3 million rand?As I promote South African Online Casinos, I have a playtech jackpot ticker feed on my site. Prior to it being won, the jackpot amount was showing just over 30 Million Rands. Now it shows R518,000 after being won ie. $65,000
Surely, the jackpot pays out the $ amount multiplied by the currency you play in? Well whether its R4.3 Million or R30 Million, someone is smiling today

There was one other Mega Moolah winner, in November 2007, but the amount won was in Rand (R4.3 million), which at the time equated to roughly $640,000 or £313,000.
This is about a winner on Mega Moolah, on Microgaming casinos. It has nothing to do with the recent win on Beach Life that hit at $4,3 million.. Sure curious on where it hit..

My guess would be that it was hit either at:
1. African Palace

Also, I noticed today that the amount on Gold Rally Jackpot tickers dropped considerably. Another Playtech Jackpot hit?
I have the tickers in South African rand on my site…. If no one hit it, then maybe the Rand got stronger than the USD, BIG TIME. :roflmao::roflmao:

Yep, you’re right! First Cinerama, then Beach Life, and now Gold Rally. You can check out the Gold Rally graph here. The game paid out over $1.7 million. :highflyer
