I think you are treading on a dangerous path.
If you are planning on using 365 in any gambling related domains then you can expect some nasty emails from bet365’s attorneys.
Only if 365 is trademarked which it probably isn’t. They can attempt to go after you but if you are promoting bet365 they can try to say they will close your affiliate account but if you don’t promote them then it becomes there loss.

It’s your choice, try it out, it may take time before they notice you. When they do all your hard work will have been in vein.
365 alone can’t be trademarked. There are thousands of websites with 365 in them.
The only thing you CANNOT do is infringe on there marks and trademarks. In other words, no piggybacking of the bet365 trademark.

You’re right, 365 by itself cannot be trademarked, but that is not what we are talking about. If you register a site called icecream365.com you will not hear from bet365, however if you had to register casino365.xxx, poker365.xxx sport365.xxx i’m almost positive that you will hear from bet365’s attorneys.
