Good luck!

InactiveWell, get this. I read 32Red’s terms and conditions. The claim for the bonus had to be made “before” I started playing with my deposit. I made my deposit and them immediately applied for the bonus. Then I started playing.
Next thing you know I get an email from them telling me I will not be getting a bonus because I started playing “before” I applied for the bonus. I am not sleeping, nor am I crazy. I know what I did and how I did it, yet they tell me I am wrong.
So be it for promoting them on my site…..they obviously must have some kind of delays in their system.

InactiveI think you have to wait to play until you receive the bonus. Clearly a stupid rule.

InactiveYes, I went back and read it again. It does state that you have to WAIT until you receive an email back from them saying its been deposited or just wait for it to show in your casino software.
I think this is really stupid too! This is the first casino I have seen that does this. All the other casinos I play allow you to play right away.
Oh well….

Inactive32 red has an impeccable reputation and very nice customer service.
Once you get past this you should have a fine time there.

InactiveWhy would 32Red have this rule? I don’t understand the added value of it… If players want to play, why stop them!
May be it’s to lower bonus costs for 32Red, but I think they lose good will with this policy.
But indeed, I have a VERY good impression of 32Red. Sometimes it even looks like 32Red owns this forum, everybody loves them.

InactiveBetter to go to the casino chat in the software, and the bonus then gets put in right away.

InactiveThat’s why I wanted to check them out – I’ve always heard good things and I’m sure they are a great casino to play at. But I still think the way they do the sign-up bonuses is the wrong way to go about it.
It’s not right in my opinion to have to wait for the bonus to appear before you can begin play. I know with lots of other casinos sometimes it can take up to 24 hours or longer for the sign-up bonuses to appear. I assumed this could have been the same with 32Red.
Regardless, I should have read the terms closer instead of skimming over them. All I read was the fact that I had to apply for it before I began and this I did. What I didn’t do is wait for the bonus to appear and therefor I lost it. So be it.

InactiveUpdate – today (a day after I sign up and played my deposit) I get an email reminding me to apply for my bonus if I had not yet done so.
Since you are not eligible for the bonus if you play your deposit first, why on earth should they be sending reminders? They must think that alot of people don’t even play their deposit as soon as they put it in?
Just venting – I don’t think this whole thing was handled right.

InactiveAre you sure you’re reading this right? Maybe you have to meet playing qualifiers before getting the bonus? This seems very odd to me.. where are those guys at 32red.. Helloooo in here..

InactivePositive I’m reading it right. On their website it says
“Players must claim and receive their “Slots Only” bonus before they start playing with their initial deposit. Requests for this welcome bonus once players have started wagering their initial deposit will be refused.”
I did the claim part before I started playing, but I did not wait for the bonus to show up. That’s why I didn’t get it, but sending out this email reminder is very confusing to customers (I would assume). It would only apply to those that deposited and hadn’t yet played.
Maybe I’m wrong, but I would think that as soon as the majority of people deposit, they start playing!
Goofy…

InactiveHi ewhitaker,
Please accept my apologies for the difficulties you had in claiming a welcome bonus with us yesterday. Our terms and conditions do state that you must claim and receive your bonus before starting to play at the casino; however, our Support Team can exercise a certain amount of discretion in this area. Unfortunately, this appears not to have happened in your case, depsite this being a genuine mistake on your behalf.
In the vast majority of cases, emails to our Player Support Centre are replied to within 15 minutes, and requests via Live Chat are handled immediately, so there is only a very short delay between you requesting a bonus and the chips being credited to your account.
The email which you received today was a reminder to claim the Monthly Match Bonus for this month, not a Welcome Bonus.
I have spoken with Pat Harrision, our Operations Director, and he has this morning credited your account with your Slots Bonus for you to enjoy at the casino.
We do pride ourselves on providing the highest levels of customer service, and again I can only apologise that you feel we have let you down on this occasion. I hope you will go on to discover why so many CAP members rate us highly for our levels of service!
If any CAP members have any queries at all about 32Red, please feel free to PM Lee or myself at any time.
Cheers,

InactiveDear Kate:
I am truly amazed that you gave me the bonus afterall. I was not expecting to receive this – I was only surprised at the system you had in place.
However, I would just like to clarify one thing you mention –
“The email which you received today was a reminder to claim the Monthly Match Bonus for this month, not a Welcome Bonus.”
It WAS a welcome bonus that I received a day later and this is what really threw me. I also did receive the monthly match bonus reminder.
Thank you for your professional attitude towards me and in applying the bonus, even though I was not entitled to it. You have gone above and beyond my expectations.

It make sense in my view as it also allows 32Red to get to know their players and vice versa. Also many players don’t like receiving bonuses due to WR tied into them.
So asking the player to request the welcome bonus is pretty reasonable as it is very easy for the player to do so. If you perform this request on Live Chat it will hit your account within minutes of your chat session ending.
