    Hi all,

    A while back I wrote Jessica (and in fact Claire too) about a player I had sent thru and the signup didn’t track.

    Now I have sent a second player thru; and she also didn’t track.

    I have done all the preliminary checks.

    as can be seen here in my correspondence with the player

    Right before I signed up at Intercasino, I cleared the cookies and temporary files, etc., and went to the site directly from your link on the page you sent me to.

    I think my cookies are enabled, but am not 100% sure. The settings on my security are medium, and I am able to visit my usual sites with quick downloads. If this is not correct, I am sorry. I hope that it was.

    My user name at the casino is xxxxxx.

    I sent this player thru the very same page and link as were checked by Jessica and said to be working properly.

    thank you for your time in this matter in advance. … *I may not be the only one experiencing this problem since it has happened more than once and the link was checked and said to be okay.

    I have just seen your email. I will check your links again and also look into this player for you.

    This occassionally happens, but is usually due to the player not signing up correctly. :banger:

    As long as they are not linked to someone else, we can manually sort this out.

    I will PM you about this.

    update is the player is now showing.

    rest assured as I am adamant about getting Partner and myself on a successful working basis … that i will be sending many more testers until I’m satisfied that things are showing correctly and will continue to post when they don’t.

    Hi all again,

    to be fair to Partner, I received this from Claire:

    When the stats update at the start of every month, sometimes there can be a delay in this. This means sometimes you can not see this information until the afternoon.

    It was the first of the month when I checked; so that may have been the cause.

    Further tests will reveal whether the problem is solved or not.
