Hi there Mark,
No I am afraid that offer is not valid – CPA’s are always based on purchase activity not purely on registrations.
At this point we have the Partner Deal which offers a $200 CPA PLUS 25% life time revenue share.
Could you let me know who sent you that offer so that I can correct it with them.
