    Some thoughts …

    1) It is pretty standard that joining and retention bonus are applied to the bottom line. Whether it’s snail mail or electronic should not be an issue.

    2) Remember that you’ll only be footing your share of the voucher. IF it’s a $200 voucher and you’re on 25% then it will only affect your take by $50.

    3) Properties that reward players also retain players. IN my experience the most active properties for mail outs and bonuses are also the most profitable on the bottom line.

    4) Finally, do negatives carry over there? If not be happy to wear one months ZERO balance for (hopefully) 11 months of improved activity.

Try and look at the bigger picture. You want the casino marketing and getting involved in retention and building their business. The last thing you want is a placid promoter.

If they offered you the chance to drop the player from your records, (and avoid the $200 charge) would you? of course not. So be happy and look forward to a cracknig January, February of activity …

I like that they give the players bonuses. What I don’t like is that they try to convert my player to their other casinos where I am now cut out. This happens with a lot of the MG programs that have multiple casinos.
