InactiveHi Land –
Whatever is going on is extremely rogue business behavior. Could explain why CPays doesnt answer emails anymore. And could further explain why desposit’s never showed up in my May commission for monaco.
I think its time CAP investigates
I haven’t heard a word from CPays since the 1st week in May and they will be off my site this weekend.

InactiveI’m not sure if CasinoPays is going to answer me in this forum, since they didn’t answer my last question regarding the “linking errors” which I posted on the 11th of June. Anyway, I do have a couple of things that I’d like to say.
Regarding the first issue of non-payment… Between the 12th of October 2005 and the 16th of October 2005, a player won $108,513.63. As a result, my closing balance for October 2005 was –$28,212.11
My affiliate manager at the time (Jennifer Fewster), informed me (over the telephone) that the player had used a stolen credit card and that the negative would soon be reversed. A couple of months went by and nothing was reversed. Upon following up with my enquiry, Jennifer told me that the cc wasn’t stolen and that I should increase exposure to the CasinoPays brands to start getting rid of my negative. I told her that I spend way too much money on advertising, and that a negative balance wasn’t going to cover my advertising costs. She then told me that it would be a good idea to close my account and give me a new one without a negative balance. Since I had 100s of registered players in my account, I refused to accept this option. I didn’t spend thousands of dollars over a number of years gathering players, so that I would give them all up just like that and start all over again with a new account. So I was given a second account and was told that I can promote both accounts. Well, I have many sites and wanted to keep it simple, so I refused to promote the second account and asked that my negative balance be deleted. Well, Jennifer insisted over and over again that it was not technically possible to do this, even though the account manager before her offered me this option if I gave them the top spots. So I was lied to twice. The CC used WASN’T stolen and it IS possible to delete a negative balance.
During the last couple of weeks, my current affiliate manager offered to delete my remaining negative balance of approximately 19k in return for top positions on my sites. I accepted this offer, but later cancelled this agreement when I realised that I wasn’t at liberty to give away the top spots. Anyway, looking at my current balance, it seems that the negative balance was reinstated. I don’t have a problem with this… but I do have a problem with not being told the truth from the very beginning.
Regarding the second issue… I was also told that CPays will no longer be advertising for Monaco, Club Dice and Carnival. Is this true or not? If yes, then why do these casinos still appear in the control panel? If not, then why was I told this? I would like an answer to this question, since I have spent a good part of a day removing 100s of links to these casinos from my pages. Also, why do the rotating banner codes for Club Dice Casino and Carnival Casino both go to 32Vegas? For example:

http://banner.clubdicecasino.com/cgi-bin/redir.cgi?id=N&member=exampleonly&profile=cdc468x3
Thank you.

InactiveAnd I wonder why they had LVGrand links available in the affiliate panel the other day, and by the next day not only was that link removed but all stats for LVGrand were also removed. I guess they changed their mind and decided any results we got that first day when they did put the link in for us.. they’ll take back and keep?
Where did the stats go? You did give the link for a day at least.

InactiveI am disgruntled about the negative balances too. I have gone back and forth with my aff manager for literally months and no acceptable solution was found.
It sounds like there are a lot of internal issues at CPays right now.
Let’s hope they emerge as a more profitable program.
The conversions aren’t bad, it’s the bundling plus carry over that’s a profit killer.
I’m going to sit back and wait and see how they emerge from this.
