Your casino withholds my balance for no reason and ignored to resolve or explain this issue for the past three years. It is incorrect that I have not contacted them about this. I did so on multiple occasions. Why do you not simply answer the question that I have been asking for the past 3 years and finally explain which term I have supposedly not adhered to that would permit your casino to withhold my rightful balance?
You may continue to ignore this issue for the time being, but I will be urged to ascertain that other players and affiliates would become well aware of what is happening. Of course I have zero intention to play at any of your casinos again and you may keep the account locked, but trust my rightful balance will be paid.
Nevertheless, I would appreciate if this can still be resolved amicably if the payout department replies upon the email I sent.
