If the truth be known, the Cyprus Bank doesn’t require a Passport, it’s Payspark who do.
Saying it’s a requirement of MC and the Cyprus Bank, most people will accept this BS line.
I know you’ve got a few grand in the account, mate, but I don’t understand why Payspark have an issue with accepting your Government issued DL.
You could always contact the Cyprus Bank and ask them what the deal is or better yet, as they are now part of the EU, there must be a finicial government dept who oversees these banks. I’d contact them asking for clarification in email.
