They already have my lic in color and I never sent them the back side.
I sent them another copy of my DL – in color – they responded that they could not use it going on to say that I must supply a colour passport. Card expired 6/13 – I am guessing if/when your card expires that you will be in the same boat. If they are accepting DLs from some and not others that sure would raise even more suspicion.
