* A colored signed copy of your passport with a minimum validity of six months.
* A colored copy of your bank statement, or utility bill such as (gas, mobile, electricity)stating your physical address, full name and the date not older than three months.P.S: U.S driving license are no longer accepted as a Proof of Identity.
