But Tex Rees used the lame excuse RA are not affiliate sealed
It would not matter if they were. Lets look at the current programs that are ‘sealed’ by eCOGRA:

bwin.party partners

Fortune Affiliates

Star Partner

So of the above I count several programs marked as rogue or predatory on AGD. The likes of Brightshare haven’t had their seal reviewed for some 2 years also. Plus the eCOGRA site carries this nice ‘get out of jail card.’
While eCOGRA does its utmost to ensure compliance with its principles, it cannot offer 100% assurance that the affiliate program is at all times in accordance with the eCOGRA requirements. Therefore eCOGRA cannot assume responsibility for the consequences resulting from the use of any affiliate program bearing the eCOGRA Affiliate Trust seal. eCOGRA is not liable to any person or group of persons, firm, company or entity for losses of any description that a user of accredited program may suffer. Accredited programs are subject to regular monitoring of their operation.
Nice to see regular monitoring in place in eCOGRA land..
I’ve said it before and I will start saying it louder. eCOGRA have no business dishing out seals to affiliate programs.
