I am undecided if “all hope is lost” here. While I know there were serious accusations made by the former program director about Brightshare’s overall ethics, these guys could be making a genuine mistake and are trying to rectify it, but again I am not sure of that either yet.
I’d like to be optimistic because frankly, everyone can find common ground if both parties desire it. Meeting people 1/2 way goes a long way in sustaining trust too.
However these T&C changes were given with an offhanded disregard for Brightshare affiliate partners.
Myself and others have been with them for over 10 years but how do they thank us for our dedication and longevity? By blindsiding us with these predatory clauses which not only lower our commissions but effectively bend us all over.
Brightshare/Spiral Solutions/Jackpot Factory History
- Retroactive changes to affiliate agreements which are predatory in nature.
- Accusations of 2 databases, dropping bTags and referred player thefts.
- AllSlotsCasinoUSA players not mapped to affiliates. When it closed busted for redirecting to an RTG casino. As far as I’m aware no USA affiliates received commission from this RTG casino for their players.
- Stripped of eCOGRA seals due to unethical SEO practices.
- Unethical SEO which used disabilities and other bad taste actions to gain serps.

We have the opportunity to find the right outcome here or we can decide on a permanent ban of Brightshare at CAP.
There is a saying here in Australia which goes like this:
When sh#t is flying some of it will always stick.
Meaning, even though Brightshare, Spiral Solutions and Jackpot Factory Group have strongly protested their innocents on everything, I don’t believe in every instance they’re blameless.
In hindsight they should have been accountable for the AllSlotsCasinoUSA debacle. Maybe if they had, we wouldn’t be in the mess now. Just saying
Personally I don’t think there are any valid grounds for giving them yet another chance, not to mention they have trashed affiliate trust big time. In the real world you sc#w up you pay the piper, this is no different.
Hence I say kick em to the curb!
