I’ve promoted 32Red Plc since they open in 2002/03. It’s the only casinos I play at these days too. I don’t make dollars hand over fist with them but I do make money month in month out.
They treat both players and affiliates extremely well and most importantly they are 100% above board; no funny stuff here at all.
The only recommendation I’d add, if you are going to promote them market just one casino brand because they bundle. Other than that, your on a winner with the 32Red affiliate program.
