While Paysparks may use a UK address and ties back to subsidiaries & or direct business partners of MGS. The last time I held an account with PaySparks the issuing bank for these ATM cards was located in Lebanon. I sure wouldn’t want my passport being forwarded to any place like this, given identity fraud is at an all time high these days.
