Digimedia Limited holds the gaming licenses in Malta. There has also been a change in structure with reference to the old Bella Rock Entertainment Group (aka Carmen Media). Because both Fortune Lounge Casinos (FA) and ex Bella Rock (ReferBack) share the same Digimedia gaming licenses.
