The only advice I can give you is to step back for a couple of days and then re-evaluate the site. Take a weekend break and go do something fun and exciting. You’ll come back refreshed and with a new set of eyes on the project.
Totally agree with you about not getting everything perfect before launch. I’ve been learning that branding, looks, appeal, content, monetisation is key. And just like you, I’m finding the logo is dictating the colour scheme of my sites.
One thing I did which I really helped me was – list out the core elements of your site to get it live, and then list the minor features, bells and whistles which come in after the site is live.
