Nobody refused any payment !!
your payment option was not updated for years, so it is not accurate to show it as if we never paid you, we never paid as you never told us where to send the money to till recently.
As for the error in your account, we only discussed it in the last 5 days. We found inconsistency back in Oct 2011 and disregarded, and now it happens again so we must check what’s going on. Besides I explained to you everything in my email yesterday:

I just want to make sure it is clear that although we found something odd in your account we don’t say in this time it is anyone’s fault it can be a small technical error, but something doesn’t adds up to me so we are checking. We shall complete it by the following 5-7 business days.
And to correct what Diana said, you couldn’t log in once as we postponed the account for investigation, but we haven’t found fraud so for the remaining of the investigation it can remain open thus we re-enable it again. You will not have any problem logging in.
