Thanks for posting this up guys. Our tech team recently did a forum upgrade which didn’t seem to fix the issue as we hoped it would. The hard part about this bug is that only some users don’t receive the emails, while others do.
I just alerted our tech team that the issue is still occurring, and they are going to look into it again this week.
