“I find it strange that a site is not evaluated on its proven annual income and/or monthly new player signups. It generates good money but worth next to nothing, weird. “

“Anyway the rev share keeps rolling in every month”

“I would be thinking to sell website only, without affiliate accounts.”

The reason the site is not evaluated on its current income is that you are keeping the current income. Without the affiliate accounts, players that are contributing to the current income mean nothing to the new owner.

Also understand that many things change in this business over time. For example say I had a site that had lots of signups with CasinoCoins, and for a year consistently made 1000 a month. Then one day CasinoCoins closes shop. Now I want to sell site, but previous earnings really do not apply because of the big change.

Or say your site is rocking in the search engines and it gets hit by the latest algorithm change. do previous earnings have anything to do with value of that site? Again if you are keep aff accounts, previous earnings mean nothing to new buyer.
