I know you want to sell and get out of the business.
But if you merely leave the site, it will eventually die and you’ll be left only with a decision as to when to ‘pull the plug’.
If your income is real, you may be able to make ‘a deal’ with someone who can update it for you for ‘a piece of the action’ ( 50% of increased revenue for example).
