One of the players (the smaller among the 2 recently locked) was unlocked. It was a Danish guy that had to send them some docs. The acc manager told me i will receive the FEB earnings for this player in April. Regarding the big Norwegian player – nothing. So more than $16,000 that they still owe us and no response.. Great partners..
One week is plenty of time for a contact to have been started.
I hope you get this sorted out.
