Here’s a response from Rewards:
“Our stats update every 30 minutes. Can be up to 2 hours at times (depending on the server sync load). If there is a lock in the db it will obviously take longer but we usually spot this pretty quickly.
Payments are sent by the 7th of the month (this can be found on our website).”
