Why does it matter if the affy sends just 1 player every 3 months or every year for that matter? It’s possibly a player they would have never had if it weren’t for that affy so refusing to pay because they hadn’t met a quota is underhanded.
Sure if its in the terms and it’s not something that has been newly enacted and enforced retroactively, eg the affiliates have agreed to those terms by acceptance of said terms, then it can’t really be considered rogue, but witout any doubt it is predatory! I know a lot of these programs would likely say ‘well we’ve never enforced it’, well then why is it there?
