Great shortlist, but I think -affiliate friendly terms and conditions are obviously also a must for a trustworthy program. Quotas and minimum activity rules and especially retroactive changes of terms are not something you will expect from a trustworthy programs.
If a casino is good (i.e. if players like the casino, the bonuses etc…), affiliate friends terms and steady payments is enough for me to promote it, with the possibility of getting in touch with an affiliate manager coming up close to these. Not sure I really need anything else.
