I’ve always had a superb relationship with the R’back team (well, the forwardslash team, I was on a custom CPA for a long time) and recently switched up to rev as cashflow had improved…and TBH I thought my $ would drop….I was wrong (don’t you hate that!).
In my marketing systems, I have a lot of contact with my players and all I ever hear is how awesome the JPC/GC/LC support staff are and with my bigger players, the retention team certainly hook them up.
The 50x playthrough on signup bonuses does hurt and is hard to promote around when Wager do 30x, but I’m still getting value from Referback properties, when I thought they would soon be put out to pasture.
I put a lot of value on the personal relationships I have with the programs and you really cant go past Roxane, Jolene and Shane as top people to deal with.
Sorry to hear you’re not getting much value out of r’back any more, I’ve found they work really well in Australian/NZ/SA markets and their latest promo of free tickets to the rugby world cup (just down the road from me!) might be worth a nudge in your next newsletter?
OK, now I sound like I work for them…..I don’t. They’re good though, don’t chuck them just yet!
