I like Barcelona itself – but the street crime is horrible and when I was there last a number of us got attacked, threatened with knives and robbed. So, I am hesitant to go there again without bodyguards…. and that kind of ruins my usual adding on a couple days just to stroll around by myself and take in the feel of the city I am visiting.
I haven’t heard any horror stories this time though…
