If you are okay with shared hosting then another solution would be SEO Hosting (same company as Host Gator). They are a good option because relatively cheap and you can have your sites on multiple C-Classes.
I have heard some affilaites have had issues with Host Gator in the past but I have actually had a pretty good experience with them.
