I was called as well by John(stage name, real name who knows), was not told to not talk about it so I will talk about it.
I was not either. But it came pretty damn close to it. Best would be if nobody cried wolf, then money would be paid.

I was told a processor took off with funds. There is not enough money to pay the total to affiliates. I would get a % of what was actually due to us and no more.
I was told that too, before being told it was black friday, or casinos not allowed thus closing. It was after asking around a bit that this was said.

The affiliate program was done going out of biz and as far as I knew the casinos were DONE going out of biz as well! Now I am finding out that they are not going out and players are still allowed to play if this is the case then they are STEALING plain and simple.
I see you DO get my point.

I will have blacklisting and warning my forum members to stay away! I pride myself on helping my players when they have issues, I pride myself on sending players to a non rogue establishment to me BCP is no longer trustworthy!
BCP has died. It is the casinos themselves. I hope to think that the people from BCP are not to blame.
This is however not my main concern. I want a solution.
I think it is time to invite people from the casinos. And confront them.
The way it stands:
1. I firmly believe that Up until the 27th we should be paid in full.
2. We are entitled to Lifetime commission is lifetime commission. Only for the fact that the casinos still make that revenue as per today. Unfortunately, they have in fact covered their a$$es for the future in their TOS. As IF they knew by forehand…
May I point out the TOS:
Point 5: Upon termination:
- You must remove our banner(s) from your website(s) and disable any links from your website to ours.
- All rights and licenses given to you in this Agreement shall immediately terminate.
- You will be entitled only to those unpaid Referral Fees, if any, earned by you on or prior to the date of termination. You will not be entitled to Referral Fees occurring after the date of termination.
- If you have failed to fulfill your obligations and responsibilities, we will not pay you the Referral Fees otherwise owed to you upon termination.
Ok, so no future revenues from BCP. Cleverly taken care for. But, we should be paid in full. Up until the 27th. as per their own TOS. We should adhere to one point, then they should adhere the other. Right?
It is up to us to make the casinos feel they should not have done this. So, boycot them left right and center should they not come up with a good solution.
It is sick to know that law protects these ways of business for allowing companies to set TOS rules that will clear them from anything, even if they are the ones to blame.
Bottom line, as per TOS: we should get paid in full up until the day of termination.
The casinos have revenue, since they make it. So: Pay up. in full please.
