To answer your question regarding payment to a US bank account if you moved back to the states;
We can of course pay you and we would do this via a bank wire. If you were living in the states permanently we would send a bank wire direct from your affiliate account as we cannot accept players from the US so a player account would not be possible for you in this scenario.
