It wasn’t just a letter that was sent.. they filed a lawsuit.. an actual complaint in District Court. I received a copy of the 16 page complaint.. plus another 16 page plaintiff’s motion for restraining order and preliminary injunction.
I really can’t afford to get into a legal battle with these guys. I used to work in a law office and I know the kinds of games they play.
They have more money than God and will file so many motions and other BS that the average person would go broke paying an attorney to file the necessary paperwork to answer all their motions and other stuff they dream up.
They also filed against GoDaddy.. which is why the site was disabled so quickly.
I agree though.. GD should have at least waited for an injunction to be granted.
