All registered affiliates can vote. *We didn’t want to restrict any legitimate affiliates from being heard for not having a certain post count or registration date, though we do require affiliates to register to prevent any fraudulent activity from occurring.
However, I would like to note that all affiliates who register to CAP are manually approved to ensure that affiliates have certain permissions, such as participating in the Community Certification program. *As mentioned above, only users who are marked as affiliates in our system can vote. *Any other user who is not an affiliate will be unable to do so. *We remain strict with regards to this and will reject any votes from suspicious accounts.
