I have the same problem, and I contacted Site Advisor. They do not actually scan any software. It’s user submittal. I DID follow all of the precedures, with respect to their review process and nothing was solved.
So, this is what I did.
I went to Norton Antivirus or norton.com and created an account. I had a manual scan done of the software that my affiliate provides and it came up completely clean.
I then created a link from my website index that has a norton seal of approval. At least this way users can see that Norton, who have been around many years before Mcafee, approved my site. You can see the Norton banner on my site: 32x.com
I created the banner in Adobe, using an existing Symantec (Norton) logo.
As far as Site Advisor, I do not know what to say. They will not bend!
And I was told the exact opposite of what you were by McAfee.
They told me that they have some scripts that scan a site and all the links for stuff, then report accordingly.
I’ll give you an example: siteadvisor.com/sites/gamesandcasino.com
That is Dominique’s site. There are no negative posts there about her site, yet they continue to mark her as yellow even though she has removed the links to what they say she has not. If they did another scan on her site they would easily see that there is nothing malicious there.
casino1784 – perhaps you should tell us which anti-virus software and which casinos are coming up as bad so that other affiliates may be able to put some info on their sites about it to ensure players do not leave once they get this.
