The McAfee site advisor has been telling users that the MGS software is malware for a long time. As far as I am aware, MGS is in talks to get this revoked so far to no success. This has been going on for quite some time.
The best thing that you can do in this case (for site advisor) is to create a user account there and leave positive feedback for any “red” sites you are linked to, as well as for your own. At least this way you can give your users the peace of mine that people have checked out the site and can say there is no malware or viruses there.

I haven’t heard of any other anti-virus software that has a fit over MGS software.
