This is a terrible T&C. We don’t work with Heaven and can’t see doing it now. We work with dozens of programs and every so often come across one’s that have locked us out for probably the same silly reason as this. Why on earth would an affiliate program not want to continue receiving targeted traffic, clearly this term is aimed at not paying out commission unless you have to.
I guess they figure if the affiliate isn’t taking the time to check in on their account every month then they won’t notice that they aren’t being paid their earnings. We use StatsRemote too, but not for every program we are on, wonder if using that counts as logging in?
