i have to say Facebook Pages are far better. One thing, that i have found quite annoying is all the emails i get when i join a group. Most are far too spammy causing me delete them before i read them.
It seems that status messages are less intrusive. So when you are updating your page’s status you are more likely to get a better response. Just my take on it..
