Pokerstars used to only offer CPA. In the meantime they also offer revshare to some affiliates. In case that interests you, I recommend you speak to your aff manager at Stars. Personally the 2 card rooms I would definitely always do Revshare with are FT and Stars as they tend to keep the players forever or at least for longer.
