Affiliate programs shutting down could be due to various reasons and not just failure to properly integrate with the white label affiliate software.
When a program uses third party software, they need to streamline the data transfers to update the DB so that the affiliates can check reports. Most companies who have internal affiliate programs (own software) maintain a separate affiliate DB. This also requires data transfers to update the DB on a daily basis (if not real time). Therefore not being able to transfer the data properly is not a compelling excuse. The other area where there can be an issue is tracking. In layman’s terms the program has to store the parameter in the tracking URL which the player clicks to get to the landing page of the casino. The casino has to do enable this if they want any form of tracking.
I don’t see how Income Access can be responsible for failure to achieve these. I have used Income Access for 2 different affiliate programs and found them to be very supportive and helpful. Maybe I am wrong but the people I know have been working there for over 4-5 years now.
Personally I have nothing against the program, but if they want, they can still pay the affiliates every month for the old players till they restart the affiliate program.

Income Access needs to publicly accept some of the blame. They were part of the equation. I haven’t been impress by Income Access. We have won numerous awards and commendations with various brands, but got diddly squat from Income Access. They have had a high brand turnover and high staff turnover. I’m hoping CAP, EGR, AWD and Gambling911 cover that also.
