Greg, I’ve been dealing with Income Access for a couple of years across a couple of different brands and that hasn’t been my personal experience of them.
I’ve been in touch with the same names and faces now as I did back then and always been impressed by their professionalism and dedication to service.
An integration does require input from both sides but in my own experience it is the operator that is responsible for getting the lions share of the stuff done. After all, Income Access have integrated with numerous brands time and time again. I would say that they know what they’re doing and have it ‘down’ by now.
If you didn’t get much from working with them that’s a different matter but I don’t think that issue is related to one here.
