That would not happen, there would be strict guidelines as to what is rogue, it has to be a severe infraction, such as breach of contract.
Late payments or clashing personalities and all of that would not qualify for roguedom, late payments are often out of the casino’s control in this political climate, and getting into arguments with people is a personal matter.
Breach of contract however is a serious matter and should never be tolerated.
