Well, I guess we all have different points of view.I think is good to hear them all. We did go from Pm to cold call etc etc. Some are more aggressive then others I guess.
I personally rarley “cold PM”, but do PM if I seem to be hitting it off with someone.
I think the reason for my difference of opinion is I still do a lot of old school techniques ( yes still sending out post cards) to seo, etc.
This is a good thread, and I think has some good info, on both sides of the fence.
