As a matter of fact – I have never received a cold-call email by any of the aff programs I work with before I signed up with them.
I have, from several places and repeatedly, and I considered it very annoying. Also wonder where they got my number.
When I post at a forum and I allow PMs I consider it making myself available. Someone ferreting out my phone number and calling me during dinner is a whole different story.
